Pals Paper Arts #222 & Retro Sketches #135

Hey Everyone

I’m back with another card I made today.  This time I’ve combined my card for the following challenges – Pals Paper Arts and Retro Sketches where you can use any past sketch.  Here’s PPA’s colour combo and the fab sketch I chose from Retro Sketches.

I’ve had Stampin’ Up!s Choose Happiness sitting unopened on my bookcase for a little while now and decided it was time to ink it up.  I’ve used my Calypso Coral and Daffodil Delight blendabilities to give the flower some colour and the leaves are coloured with my Old Olive blendabilities.  I know Old Olive isn’t part of the challenge colours, but I’m hoping the DT at Pals Paper Arts won’t mind.  I finger walked Dictionary through Early Espresso ink and then stamped it off once on photocopy paper to dull the colour.  I then finger walked it on my cardstock so you can see bits of the print in the background.  The sentiment is from Petite Pairs and I’ve used Banner Blast for the banners.
